Like before,still I’ve been outspoken about the discrimination and rights issues. Despite being a Hindu, I’ve always been with my community regardless their religious identity. I spoke against the Jamaat and Awami League when they tortured
and set fire the houses of Hindus in Ctg & Satkhira recently. Likewise, I have been working with the campaign for Rohingya Muslims. Among my several thousand friends, only one or two hundred could be Hindus, coz I never tried to stay at a corner with the people of my community only and serving only a quarter.My war or opposition was and is never against a religion, but against those who abuse it. But I hardly find many of my Muslim friends in this tough job.Most people are damn busy with personal tasks. Why don’t you highlight humanity when you do something linked to religion? আপনার মন্তব্য নিয়ে বিতর্ক পড়ছিলাম কিছুক্ষন ধরে, আমার মনে হয় না আপনার পয়েন্টটা কেউ ধরতে পেরেছেন। না পারারই কথা। কারন সমাজের অবিচারগুলো বিভিন্ন পর্যায়ের মানুষ ভিন্ন ভিন্নভাবে অনুভব করে, কারো অভিজ্ঞতাই এক রকম না। অন্য অনেক সমস্যার মতই মানুষের অধিকারহীনতা বা বিচার চাইবার অক্ষমতাও একটি বড় সমস্যা।

ধন্যবাদ আপনাকে। আপনি নিঃসন্দেহে সুস্থির, সাহসী ও ভালো মানুষ তাই বুঝতে পারলেন। অথচ দেখুন যে কতজন কমেন্ট করেছে ওরা কেউ বুঝতে চাইলো না, কেননা আমার মনে হয় ওরা আমার পোস্টের তথ্যের কারনে “অপমানিত” বোধ করে হিতাহিতজ্ঞানশূণ্য হয়ে পড়েছিল। তবে আশা করেছিলাম ওদের আমি বুঝাতে পারবো। অনেক চিন্তা করে সরল ভাষায় বুঝানোর চেষ্টা করলাম। নাহ, ব্যর্থ হলাম। তবে আমি হাল ছাড়ছিনা, এ বিষয়ে আমি সারাজীবন শুধু দেখেছি-বুঝেছি–এখনও যদি প্রতিক্রিয়া না দেখাই তাহলে আর কবে করবো।
