today was my last day-off, at The Daily Star, and so i took time on the bed until i turned on the tv and see the tribunal judge stepping down. i felt a relief, from an embarrassment i was in for the last couple of days, and happy and inspired;

the next report was an ambiguous one on the brutal death of Bishwajit as the home minister claimed eight of the killers arrested while police said they only identified a few;

and still i’m enraged after learning that a BALCHHAL police sub-inspector slapped and beat two photojournalists suspecting them as hartal picketers and burning tyers. even though the SI was suspended (temporarily) on an instant order by the OC of Shiddhirganj police, i’m feeling like kicking the balls of the SI at the first sight.
